Why We Worship
While we believe that worship within our gatherings is very important, we also know that the way we worship through our lives is even more important. We worship in our spheres of influence when we make Jesus our pattern by weaving him into our every moment. As the Holy Spirit empowers us to truly make Jesus our pattern, we engage in public worship, on and off our campus.

Worshipping collectively in gatherings is a great joy as we honor the name of Jesus through music and other creative elements. At Public Church, our Teams work hand-in-hand to create an environment that is, above all, Jesus honoring as well as authentic and inviting to all who join us. Gatherings are both energetic and reflective as we study God’s Word and allow his truth to change us. We hope that everyone who comes encounters Jesus and leaves different than when they walked in. We are fueled by a desire to see all people embrace the journey of following Jesus.

In addition to our Sunday gatherings we also host a quarterly event called Abandon. (Future dates for this year are coming soon!) The heart behind these nights is to allow various members of the community to come together through worship, prayer, and studying God’s word. The quarterly gatherings are a part of our story even before the existence of Public Church as groups of people from numerous churches came together to experience authentic, Christ-centered worship. These nights serve as a great reminder of the work that God has done and is continuing to do in the days ahead as we simply seek to honor Him in all that we do.
